Our newest hazy IPA is double dry hopped to be intentionally aggressive, full of flavor, and in your face. The bitterness is assertive but not overpowering, the flavor is strong but balanced. Simcoe hops lend a ease of passionfruit, apricot, and pine while the Idaho 7 hop boasts flavors of red grapefruit and papaya. Enjoy.

A lot of pine on the nose and some citrus. Love getting pine in IPAs. Initial sip gives me more pine and some grapefruit. This IPA has a bitter end, mostly because it has to end eventually. I enjoyed this one and think it is a good spring time drink. Excellent if you like “earthy” beer.
My wife and I tried this IPA and it is solid. Per the description, it boasts many flavors, including outside-of-the-ordinary ones like apricot and pine. Perhaps my palate is not that sophisticated (likely), but the main thing that came through was the grapefruit. With this dominant, fairly common citrusy flavor, it didn't really feel distinct from other citrusy IPAs I've tried, but it is still good and we appreciated that it was not heavy or overbearing.
